Holland College is Prince Edward Island's public college and its in-province provider of Construction Electrician training, delivered at the Summerside Waterfront Campus.

Holland College serves all of PEI; its electrical program runs at the Summerside Waterfront Campus, while the college's main administration is in Charlottetown, with Apprenticeship PEI handling registration and certification.

Admissions: In Prince Edward Island, Construction Electrician is a compulsory-certification Red Seal trade regulated by Apprenticeship PEI: you register an apprenticeship with a sponsoring employer, complete four blocks (7,200 hours) of training at Holland College plus on-the-job work — EI-eligible apprentices may have in-school tuition fully subsidized through SkillsPEI — and pass the Red Seal exam for your Certificate of Qualification.
