IBEW Local 502 is the unionized route into the electrical trade in southern New Brunswick, based in Saint John.

Saint John is New Brunswick's largest city and an industrial and port centre; IBEW Local 502 places apprentices with signatory contractors in the region.

Admissions: This is the unionized route: IBEW Local 502 places apprentices with signatory employers and supports their training; you still register your apprenticeship with Skilled Trades NB, complete the 7,200 hours and the Red Seal exam, and obtain a Class 3 Electrician Licence to practise.
