Southeast College

About Southeast College

Southeast College offers a pre-employment electrician program in Estevan, in Saskatchewan's oil-and-energy southeast.

Estevan sits in the heart of southeastern Saskatchewan's oil, gas and power-generation industry, with strong demand for electrical trades.

Admissions: This pre-employment electrician program builds core skills and can earn first-level apprenticeship credit; it doesn't replace the apprenticeship — you still register with SATCC, apprentice under a qualified employer, complete the levels and on-the-job hours, and pass the journeyperson exams (Red Seal). Confirm current tuition, prerequisites and intakes with Southeast College before applying. (Current as of 2026.)
